What are it's limitations, compared to those shareware ones?

I read a few reviews on the shareware disk defragmenters, some users said the shareware ones made them lose their files. Does this happen?

Whenever i try to start up FireFox it gives me one error message no matter WHAT i do.

My sister has been using that comp, and she must have fuked it up somehow.

Whenever I start the computer, theres no way to get into windows.

It gives an error box saying at the top lsass.exe, and says "Cant find SHLWAPI.dll", then restarts again, and I get the same error message over and over..

Is there any way to fix this?

Everything is now slow....slow...hitting keys sometimes takes a second to record on screen. I have Norton, Spy Sweeper, Yahoo Spy (I think - I may have removed it but restore says all okay). Prior to opening this, hitting keys got no response when I tried to sign in. Opening Yahoo continues very slow and opens in segments. Am I suppose to remove the other spy program or other programs? I think I was trying to download Spybot but....???? I bought the Spyware Doctor - it found four intrusions and so I zapped those. I kind of wish someone would zap me because this is driving me c-r-a-z-y. Tell me if it is time to take the laptop to the doctor. Thanks again.

Im looking for a program that will alert me when the text changes on a certain page that i choose. For example if i save the Yahoo homepage in my Favorites section and the main page is updated or changed, the computer wont recognize the text, and something will flash or pop up telling me this.

More specificaly if I save a site on favorites with onliine contests, and a new contest every week, the computer wont recognize the new contests since the day i saved it on favorites and it will alert me that the text has changed when a contest is added.

I recently had to restore my computer to factory defaults. I was told that I would not need any cd's to re-install the programs that came on my computer from the factory. However, whenever I go to open Microsoft Word (part of the Microsoft Office), it keeps asking me for my registration number again. I know I had the registration number a while ago, but have since lost the cd that it was on. Is there any recovery tool or something that I can recover my registration number? I do not want to have to purchase Microsoft Office all over again.

well i tied uninstalling this mc affe center thingy and at first it didint uninstall every thing it didint uninstall the virus scan and the fire well everything else except those two then i try romiving it using ccleaner yet id didnt remove it and now when i open up the program it dosent run right i cant even install it any more and i cant uninstall it cuz it dosent show up on uninstall/remove programs thingy and it still runs at start up and the icon on the side shows up plus it takes up ram which was the reason i uninstalled it ......should i do a system restore to fix this problem or what should i do?? PLEASE HELP
