My sister has been using that comp, and she must have fuked it up somehow.

Whenever I start the computer, theres no way to get into windows.

It gives an error box saying at the top lsass.exe, and says "Cant find SHLWAPI.dll", then restarts again, and I get the same error message over and over..

Is there any way to fix this?

Before trying the following, make sure there are no floppies or CDs in your computer.

1) Start the PC in Safe Mode by pressing F8 before Windows loads.
2) Select 'Safe Mode with command prompt'.
3) Type 'CHKDSK /P' and press Enter.
4) Wait for the disk check to finish. It may take a while.
5) Restart the computer.
6) Don't let your sister touch it again. :oP

There probably is a diskette in the "A" drive; remove it and then reboot.
If that doesn't work, then maybe you'll have to repair your Windows installation with your XP CD or re-install Windows.
