I am having trouble downloading Flash. There are some websites that require flash. I click on get flash player. It sends me to adobeflash.com for download. I hit download but nothing happens. I don't understand the active x thing. I tried to change it but nothing happens.

What browser are you using?

If its IE7 a little bar appears at the top and you have to click on it to enable activeX.
For IE6 you can go under the tool->options menu
select security tab and lower your security preferences to low.
Then install it and move the security slider back to medium.

Maybe you have Windows XP with Service Pack 2? If you do Internet Explorer may be blocking it. Do you get an Information Bar along the top of your browser? If you do click on that and tell it to allow the install.

have u tried to install as a manual.Try to goto the site (download.com) and save it when it ask to run or save.then try to open it after u have saveed it.you will not to be on line after u have saved it.that should work or if not then u may need to check for spyware and viruses.u can get the programs for this at the same place.need more please email back

do u have a mac cause i cant download it eder it always says that a browser is still running right
