Whenever i try to start up FireFox it gives me one error message no matter WHAT i do.
Close Firefox

Its not in the the process bar...and safe mode will not run

Firefox has never been better so far. Firefox was a heap of problems
before i visited this blog where problems with firefox are dealt. The article gives you crystal clear instructions to change the configurations of firefox so that i could run smoothly without any problems

If you do not see firefox.exe in your process list, try opening Firefox in safe mode (from the Mozilla Firefox directory in your start menu). Then close it. Maybe some file is left over in a working directory and will only get cleaned up on a clean shutdown of Firefox.

Ctrl+Alt+Del and terminate firefox.. propably it's running in the background

Don't really know but try opening task list [control alt delete] and look at processes tab and end process on firefox.exe

Try un-installing and re-installing the program.
