Does anyone know of any good CAD design programs that I could get for free? Also, a good tutorial on how to use CAD design?

If you go to http://www.freebyte.com and to where their graphic programs list is, there are a number of freeware and shareware CAD programs listed there.

"Good" and "free" do not mix in the world of CAD. There are some reasonably priced packages out there, but some are tailored specifically for architecture or mechanical CAD. If you are a college student, you may be able to work on the CAD programs the school supplies.

Good luck!

You can search for Google sketchup. It's a free software that lets you reate 3d drawings. Well, you cant compare it to the features of a higher end CAD software but is capable.
