Well you put the least interesting portion of the command line so that doesn't help.

But since it's a startup item, restart your computer in safe mode (F8 just before the windows logo appears on startup). Then go to Start->Run, type "msconfig" and click OK. In the system configuration utility windows that comes up, go to the Startup tab on the top right, and click disable all. Then press OK and choose to restart.

I'm and pretty sure that its a virus
Try booting it in safe mode by pressing F5 after you turn the computer on.
If you can run it in safe mode, run an anti-virus program and hope it detects it.
Or you could go in manually and delete the virus, but that's not a good idea, as it probably infected some files.
So run an anti-virus program and hope it was only a nasty little program that only shuts-down your computer.

First go browsing as secure mode (in basic terms while the workstation starts off, commence hitting F8 till it supplies a menu and decide secure mode)... that way, no virus or technique can commence once you go browsing. So go then to "Startup" folder (in commence menu) and delete each record there. If it is nevertheless slow, attempt greater effectual anti viruses like Kaspersky or BitDefender or Norton.

I'd guess virus too. After you get it fixed or if your PC stays up and running run your anti virus program. If you do not have one [big mistake] try AVG for free. Also try spybot for free.
