i was thinking of getting microsoft office program which has outlook, word 2002, and four other programs. does the word program come with full functionality, or is it limited to a few word capabilities. it would be the latest version for 2006, but word would come as 2002 not the full scale 2003 version. cost is $99 for the program, while word 2003 costs much higher. also, if it says i user does that mean it can only be loaded on one pc, or can it be unstalled from one pc and reloaded onto another pc, if the user is the same? if not, will a second licence be needed to do so?

I really don't fancy a days work re-installing everything after a reformat. I've tried msconfig, it won't let me use it.

This only happens sometimes. Right after I boot up my laptop, I will notice that everything is running extremely slowly. So I bring up TaskManager and look at the CPU utilization monitor and it is pegged at 100%. Then I check the process list and see that wscript.exe is using 99%. It is a standard part of XP. According to the XP book I have, it runs some kind of scripts. I really have 3 questions. Feel free to answer as many as you know answers to:
(1) Is this a known problem and, if so, what's the fix?
(2) Is there a way to find out what script wscript.exe is running and look at it?
(3) Are you having this problem?

I have the Windows XP Home Edition Upgrade CD, and my computer runs on Windows 2000. Is there any way to Install XP, maybe by deleting 2000 or overwriting it? The Ugprade of XP Home only works for Windows 98 or ME. Please help. Is there any hope??
