ok i just downloaded skype from this website http://www.skype.com/download/ i would like to know that if it's fre and if they charge any money like if i makes calls and they send you the bill with you internet bill and i have dsl

also tell me about calling celll phones, does it take money

Skype will never bill you for anything. You have to pre-pay. There's nothing you can do that will cause you get get charged later, because before you can use any of their paying services you have to buy credit. If you don't give them any money, they just won't let you use the services you have to pay for.

Calling internationally costs money. Read their rates on the website. Varys country to country, city to city. Generally, conneting to cell phones internationally is more expensive than calling a land line.

You can prepay with Skype for international calls, purchased through the web site. You will not get billed through your ISP.
If you dont have SkypOut credits, you cant make the international call.

So go ahead, and make US/Canada calls for free.

MOST of their services are free. Read the skype website. I believe it only costs money if you use your Skype computer to call someone's LANDLINE phone, if I remember right.
