Windows XP that comes with your computer in rder to download it...cause BOTH of em arent working on my comp right now.

You can download and install them as long as your Windows XP is updated to Service Pack 2 and a genuine copy.
For the record: Despite being beta products both WMP 11 and IE 7 work better than the current stable versions do.

Both of these will be released later this year (they are currently in Beta). You do not have to have a "new" verion of XP or 2003. They will download once the updates are released.
Having said that, I sugges that you not use IE7 until it's been out for a month or two, as that sort of thing from MS often has major problems. They end up straightening things out after a few months.

not that i know of if your windows xp is not a fake you can download and install Media Player 11 & IE 7

First of all don't download them there are in beta version. But turn off your pop-up blocker.
