MSI files are Microsoft Installer Files. They are usually the programme files which run the programme. They are just like setup.exe files. You can remove/delete unwanted .msi files from your computer. For this you need to go to My computer >> Local disk (C:) >> Programme files >> and respective programme. But if you delete some of the .msi files of windows programme, your computer may become in stable. so be careful while removing.

Download this file from the link given below and run it to clean those msi files.
