I have some large txt file I need to import into an Excel spreadsheet. When I import the txt file my data is displayed as rows. How do I convert the rows into columns and get Excel to import the multiple pages into each specific column?

From where i can buy it? I was provided a version 2003 by my computer entineer which now shows that it is out of date. So i uninstalled it. Now I want to purchase a registered copy. Can it be downlodable and pay the money in cash or it be obtained from shops in CDs. Please guide me.
