Installing an older CAD program (Win98 version) on XP and getting Error 1322 portion of folder path exceeds?

...exceeds length allotment by system. Last time I saw something like when trying to restore older programs on new HD, I had to some how tell windows to act like 98. I forgot how this is done???

Right click the Installation file (Setup) and select Properties -> And Compatibility. There Select the compatibility as Windows 98. Then Run the setup
