1. insert a floppy in your floppy drive
2. open your mycomputer(double click your mycomputer icon)
3. select a: drive. now your floppy drive is opend
4. double click the file you wand to correction now the file is open
make changes on that file and save. thats all

steps to follow:
Insert ur floppy in the floppy drive
doubble click "My computer" icon
double click "3 1/2 floopy" icon
Select ur file to be altered,
Start making changes in it.
Press "Ctr + S" to save file.
click "O.K"

Insert the floopy in its drive, browse to A: and open the file proceed with correction
