Any right click and an occassional left click will instantly close the messenger window(s) and end the program. If you don't have any ideas about this then can you leave the url link to Yahoo messenger tech support...thanx

ive made the recovery discs but cant seem to partition . I dont want to manually partition cause im afraid that will erase all the data on the recovery part and then il be left with nothing

I have looked for alternative voices, but all I find is alternative programs for text to speech....i.e. A program to read e-books out loud. I want the voice in my Control Panel>Speech>Voice Selection options. PLEASE HELP!!!

It looks really cool to use and setup, but i just want to know if it's safe. I got something else like that and when i opened the setup a window popped up and said that installing this may ruin your system. we are not responsible for any damage done to your system or something like that, so of course i didnt install it. windows blinds doesnt say that, but i want to know from others if it is safe to use.

I've been working with Microsoft Picture It! for quite awhile now, and I think I'm ready for an upgrade. I really want to edit photos and make decent icons and wallpapers. I bought a dell cp. it had a sonic cd & dvd burner in it of course it doesnt work. I looking for the missing part of sonic program I keep hearing that sonic has problems. The sonic model is LE v7 .What can I use to replace it. ps. I am not very high tech. Thanks

A couple of weeks ago I tried to install Ubuntu on an oldish machine with an oldish hard drive and ran into all sorts of errors, both with Dapper Drake and Breezy Badger, whereas Dapper runs fine on my main desktop. When I rebooted with the live CD and ran an fsck, there were zillions of errors on the root partition, leading me to believe that perhaps the hard drive has a number of bad sectors which is causing corruption.

Is there a tool that can run off a bootable CD, floppy, etc. that can scan the disk for bad sectors and mark them unusable?
