Anyone created an ebook and a virtual ebook cover with software? Have you any luck with it? Which software?

For an ebook which i created, I made the cover in a drawing program caleld COREL DRAW. I then imported the page into my MS Word where the book was typed out. Then I used PDF995 (a free utility) to make the book into a PDF file.
