im not sure, but i had the same problem, a fuill cd just wiped clean, and it had some important stuff on it, so if anyone know how to get it back...

sounds like you closed the cd before you were done, it was finalized You can try restoration.zip just search for it I beleive I got it from pcworld.com.

probably because you didnt do it as a 'multi-session' CD... when you added to it your burning software treated it more like an 'add and hide existing files'
