should i change continue and so u think i can improve with exp or should i change in to BW or other modules

First of all avoid the negative feeling that u donno anything about programming. secondly every progrmmer should update his/her programming skills each and evry time so dont get panic and just try to improve ur IT knowledge every time.

You could indeed have a look to BW but you maybe also interested by a job as a functional consultant.
