My computer is not alowing me to scroll down on web pages. As soon as I try to scroll down it automatically scrolls back up to the top.

It's also affecting all the drop down menus... as it won't allow me to scroll down. That means that I only have the 'choice' of the first item in the list and won't let me scroll down.

Is it a virus?
Is there anything I can do?

I use a mouse, but it doesn't seem that the problem is with that.

I did a upgrade from MCE to Vista, so i have my Vista upgrade disk, Then hardrive took a crap and was replaced, (old hardrive REALLY is fine), but i have this new HD which needs to be formatted., and all my junk that i need to put onto the new HD from old HD.
How do I do this?
Hope i asked right and you understand, because I can confuse myself at times... its those beer infused hotdogs I think...stay away... trust me, haha!

Ok, I have a windows xp and for some reason every 10 seconds my computer freezes for about 2 seconds.. This really sucks because when im playing a game it makes it difficult. What could be the problem to this? Loose video card? Something lose in the computer? Fan, not working right? Also, it's not my connection or anything because I checked. Another thing.. I went into safemode and did task manager to check if anything else was running.. it shows that nothing was. I also ran spyware and Ccleaner, what can I do to fix this? :(

What happens if someone has your ip address? like what can they find out?

also, how do you change yours? can you right click on the little computers for the internet and hit repair- does that change the ip address?

HELP!! Whenever I try to email say a youtube video to a friends email address a pop up comes up and says "Some errors occured while processing the requested tasks. Please review the list of errors for more details.

O.k. so are you still with me? I've typed everything as it appears in the error box and this happends EVERY TIME I try to email a page from the internet to a friend. How & what tasks do I complete to fix this? Please HELP!!

-Absolutely no viruses, because Apple is extremely smart so they made the security very well.
-Cheaper than PC's
-More choices in hardware (such as iLife, iTunes, iChat, you don't see that stuff of PC's!)
-They look far better than stupid beige PC cases
-has more games than PC's because they can run games for Macs AND Windows
-built-in cameras, unlike those stupid PC's where you have to tape the cameras on top of the monitors
-Micro$oft is 100% greedy, they don't care about their customers, all they want is money you can easily tell since the creator Bill Gates is one of the richest people in the world, and Apple is actually a nice company that cares about their customers
-much much faster
-your OS isn't stuck with IE, instead you have a much better browser called Safari
-many more reasons why Mac is more advanced than PC

Those who have been living under a rock (Windows users) should switch to Macs. Or maybe Linux. Linux is ok.

so it was snowing pretty bad and my pc was on power went out and when i turned it back on it worked but no programs wanna open i kno i can fix it if i do a system restore but that takes awhile anyone else know any other solution?

Now let me start with this: I LOVE FIREFOX!!! :D
but I need to delete it and then install it all over again. I need it deleted COMPLETELY deleted from my comp. Like as if it was never even installed. Well I tried the Control Panel>Add/Delete Programs>Delete Firefox but it was still on the Start Menu after I deleted it and when reinstalled it it had all the same add-ons and themes and everything that I had before. I want to absoulotely restart it. How?
