so it was snowing pretty bad and my pc was on power went out and when i turned it back on it worked but no programs wanna open i kno i can fix it if i do a system restore but that takes awhile anyone else know any other solution?
Also im askin this question from my guest account which still works perfectly fine

ok ****** if u must know i was watchin the bears game at the time and then the power went out and my pc was on and now my programs on my other account dont wanna work. and the reason im asking this question is becuz i was hoping theres a quicker easier solution than doin a system restore that takes about an hour. THATS WHY

If you don't want to take the time for a system restore, you're wasting your time. If you know the answer to the question, why ask it?
