Copy and paste from where to where?

Post more details and I can answer your question.

Windows has explorer, OS X has the Finder. You can drag and drop from file to file in the Finder or Option + drag to copy from one folder to another in the Finder. The Option button is the Alt button on a PC.

Command (Apple key) + C (Copy) or Apple key + V (Paste)

copy: command + c
paste: command + v

The command key is the one with the Apple symbol and the ⌘ on it. This key is used in almost every instance that you would normally use ctrl for on Windows.

Do her a favor and sell her Mac on eBay :]
Use the proceeds to buy her a real computer.
