Much as I like Macs ...
-Absolutely no viruses
There are a few Mac viruses out there
-because Apple is extremely smart so they made the security very well.
Apple took an open source kernel and built OS X around that. They can't take most of the credit.
-Cheaper than PC's
Apple machines are slightly more expensive then non-Apple hardware of the same quality.
-More choices in hardware (such as iLife, iTunes, iChat, you don't see that stuff of PC's!)
That is software, not hardware. iTunes is available for PCs. Software equilivent to the other packages you mention is also available. There is a lot more PC software out there then Mac software.
-They look far better than stupid beige PC cases
PC cases don't have to be beige
-has more games than PC's because they can run games for Macs AND Windows
Only if you install Windows on them.
-built-in cameras, unlike those stupid PC's where you have to tape the cameras on top of the monitors
So you can't position the camera where you want
-Micro$oft is 100% greedy, they don't care about their customers, all they want is money you can easily tell since the creator Bill Gates is one of the richest people in the world, and Apple is actually a nice company that cares about their customers
Apple cares just as much for their customers and their customers money as Microsoft does, they are just better at marketing.
-much much faster
Not true
-your OS isn't stuck with IE, instead you have a much better browser called Safari
You don't have to run IE if you use Windows. Safari is available for Windows.
-many more reasons why Mac is more advanced than PC
How vague.

Just read the additional details you added:
lol Good One
*"-Absolutely no viruses, because Apple is extremely smart so they made the security very well."*
The lack of viruses is because nobody uses them. Programmers who make viruses want to spread there viruses. And the best way to do that is to infect Windows.
*"-Cheaper than PC's"*
Maybe when you steal them, but MACs are actually more expensive.
*"-More choices in hardware (such as iLife, iTunes, iChat, you don't see that stuff of PC's!)"*
Dude, that's software. And you'd still be wrong, there is much more software for Windows.
*"-They look far better than stupid beige PC cases"*
Uh, there isn't exactly a standard to what PC cases look like. Alienware cases look pretty bad @$$.
*"-has more games than PC's because they can run games for Macs AND Windows"*
Tell me some goo MAC-Exclusive games? That's right there is none. Most MAC games are ports of Windows games.
*"-built-in cameras, unlike those stupid PC's where you have to tape the cameras on top of the monitors"*
And what if that camera breaks? Then you have a friggin' broken camera permanently attached to your computer
*"-Micro$oft is 100% greedy, they don't care about their customers, all they want is money you can easily tell since the creator Bill Gates is one of the richest people in the world, and Apple is actually a nice company that cares about their customers"*
Who said anything about microsoft, we're talking about PCs, not windows.
*"-much much faster"*
Again, we're talking about hardware, not software. So you're saying that your MAC is faster (hardware-wise) than every PC? Vista is more resource-hogging than OS X, but that doesn't make PC's slower. Not all PC's run Windows. There's unix (The OS that OS X stole from), Linux, PC-BSD, etc.
*"-your OS isn't stuck with IE, instead you have a much better browser called Safari"*
Uh you're not really stuck with IE. Microsoft isn't preventing you from getting a new browser. There is even safari for windows. And we also got better browsers like firefox and opera.
*"-many more reasons why Mac is more advanced than PC"*
Please, list them. Because you didn't give me any good reasons here.

You might want to clarify your question. Since the Apple os runs on Intel/AMD hardware, as windoze also does, what do you mean by PC?
Windows runs only on Intel/AMD personal computer hardware. Apple os run on Motorola/Intel/Amd personal computer hardware.
Linux, on the other hand, runs on just about anything from the smallest computer to the fastest computers in the world. It runs on Toasters, blenders, phones, watches, games, space stations, All the NASA space probes, and any mission critical operation. It runs on any of the hundreds of different computer hardware, not just Intel/AMD personal computers.
Keep the hardware separate from the OS. Apple computers use most of the same hardware as can be found in any other personal computer, whether or not it's running windows or some other OS.
So, you are asking which operating system is better.
That can't be answered without you specifying what you want to use it for.
Windows is best for new computer users, and can be used quite nicely for simple and basic stuff.
Apple's operating system is good for publishing, print layout, music, etc. The tools that are available under windows for these tasks is sorely lacking.
More movie editing, nothing beats Linux. All post production houses use Linux. If you want the most secure operating system, then Linux is also the best choice as even Apple has had some security problems lately. If you want to run a server, again, nothing beats Linux. Converting video, authoring video, etc. is also extremely easy with Linux. For power users, Linux is the top choice. 496 of the 500 fastest computers in the world use Linux, so why shouldn't you also use it?
There is not one 'best' operating system, no matter what hardware you're running it on.

Wow. you have many flaws in here.
Overall, I'm not saying macs or pcs are better, but let me point out some of your misconceptions/interpretations/assumptions...
*******************
in order:
-Absolutely no viruses, because Apple is extremely smart so they made the security very well.
####Well...partly. They are built a little better, yes. But immune? - - NO! It's just that hackers have effected PCs more because THAT IS THEIR TARGET! PC's are still the mainstream and are probably still about 85% of the computers out there. Thus, if a person wants to hurt as many people as possible, they will target 85% of the population, rather than 15%. . . Thus PC's get hit more than Macs.
-Cheaper than PC's
####Umm....No. This simply isn't true. Go to a computer store. Similar, yes... occaaaaasionally cheaper - maybe. Usually though, they are a tad bit pricier, actually.
-More choices in hardware (such as iLife, iTunes, iChat, you don't see that stuff of PC's!)
####Ummm... A) that's SOFTWARE, not hardware. Hardware is PHYSICALLY TOUCHABLE PIECES OF EQUIPMENT...not programs. B) PC's still have more. Sorry. They come with equivalents to many of those...and for ones that it doesn't come standard with, you can still find totally free versions online - many of which are ONLY compatible with PC's (although more and more are become Mac-compatable, too).
-They look far better than stupid beige PC cases
####Ummmmm...ooook....and at the end of this question, you make reference to people who have been living under a rock????....hmmmmm, where have YOU been? For about a decade now, PC's have sleeker looking, cooler designed TOWERS (that's the word for "case" by the way). There are Huuundreds to choose from online that are customizable (with metalic/crome look, with see-through side panels, and LED lights and chrome fans, etc...) for...oh wait...PC's... but none for macs! (I suppose I could be wrong, and there may be a few small rogue-customizable mac-designers out there...but none that are publically well-known).
-has more games than PC's because they can run games for Macs AND Windows
####Ummm...Again...no.
A) Very few, if ANY popular games are ONLY MAC-compatable and NOT PC compatable. And although most PC games ARE now Mac compatable...some/many (especially some not-too-old classics) still are not. That means...!! - PC wins again!
-built-in cameras, unlike those stupid PC's where you have to tape the cameras on top of the monitors
####*Sigh... PCs have this option too. Again, you must have been living under a rock. PCs are not limited to beije towers, and yes, they DO have built-in cameras now. Nice try, though.
-Micro$oft is 100% greedy, they don't care about their customers, all they want is money you can easily tell since the creator Bill Gates is one of the richest people in the world, and Apple is actually a nice company that cares about their customers
####*Sigh...ok, now you're just bad-mouthing, based on what you hear from everyone else.
A) They're not 100% greedy. They're just "the big boys" of the business, thus everyone likes to think of them that way. And yes, to some extent, they are a bit greedy, with their monopolizing practices with office, and whatnot.... BUT, they still donate MILLIONS to charities, and offer their products FREE to certain purposes and needy people.
-much much faster
####You know what, I'll give you this argument...and this is actually a BIG argument. Thus, in the beginning, I told you that I wasn't actually saying either Mac or PC was better.
-your OS isn't stuck with IE, instead you have a much better browser called Safari
####That's a judgement/opinion/preference call. Some may like the format/options/interface of IE better. Some may not. They both surf the net and provide all needed ffunctions for the general user. And for PCs, you can download maaany free other versions of an internet searching program. Such as: Opera, Mozzilla firefox, etc...
-many more reasons why Mac is more advanced than PC
####Well, at your current rate, I'd say you should probably just leave it at what you got, unless you wanna dig yourself deeper into a hole.
Those who have been living under a rock (Windows users) should switch to Macs. Or maybe Linux. Linux is ok.
####*Siiiiiiiiiiigh....Macs are a type of computer. Linux is an operating system. Linux can be run on PC, in place of windows. Same for Macs (I believe...if not, there's another point for PC).

Macs are just as vulnerable to viruses as PCs (probably moreso because of the uninformed/false security of their users), however no hacker has seen Apple on their radar -- why waste time making a virus that interrupts less than 5% of the worlds users when they can hit one using 90+%
Macs are not cheaper than PCs -- unless youre buying 10 year old Macs in which case, what is the point? Macs have no hardware compared to what is available to PCs. Mac has virtually no games. It has to turn into a Windows box to play games. So in summary, all of your statements are false and you really need to pull your head out of your @ss. You basically gave your money to Apple and they're laughing at your ignorance :]

Maybe you find macs better, but for a lot of people they would find Windows better. Windows is much more compatible over a greater portion of the world which is important in a business. And regarding the internet browser... Safari is not so hot. IE7 is much better than safari! (Off topic, the best browser is Firefox :-))

uesd a Mac And i am pissed on getting one
the new imacs have screen problems Mac os X Leopard have the BSOD.
here are 10 reasons not to switch!
Why switch?
The 10 reasons that Apple must think is imperative for making the change from a PC to a MAC can be found on their website. Of course if you have the time to read through all of them you realise that these 10 features or reasons have been standard with the PC a long, long, long time. Some of the reasons are just plain myths that Apple invented. Probably because they ran out of fabricated facts.
So take the journey through the 10 commandments of a mac-enthusiast and enjoy their naive attitude towards personal computing.
1. The Mac... It just works
This is maybe the ultimate reason a mac owner will give you to explain why it's superior to a PC. The mac owner will tell you that all people that own macs are really satisfied with their computers and would never switch back. This is ofcourse not true. If you read our Real stories you will find all kinds of interesting stories about owning a mac.
The mac owner will also tell you that with a system from Apple you will never have to think about drivers, upgrades or anything. A mac is perfection itself when delivered. Atleast according to their standard. Many mac:s can't even be upgraded. So what you buy is what you get. Expect your system to be outdated within 1-2 years.
Apple also states: "Only with a Mac do you get an operating system built by the same people who built the computer it runs on.". Actually Apple's Mac OS X (the operating system) is not based on their own technology, but by the technology of freeBSD. Apple's own capabilities in form of creating an operating system have been demonstrated in previous versions of Mac OS. It took an operating system based on someone else's technology to get a Mac multitasking and not behaving like an oversized pocket calculator from 1985.
2. It doesn't crash
Yes it does! And it does it alot. The difference between a pc based on Windows crashing and a Mac is that on the pc the crash is in 99% of the cases caused by badly coded third party software, when the Mac just has a faulty operating system. Why else would Apple themselves run their india website on Linux RedHat?
There is another fun part about crashes on the mac, it's almost always impossible to trace the source of the crash. When your mac crashes you simply reinstall the system. Sounds like a fun thing to do on your spare time, well buy a Mac then!
3. Simply the best in digital music
This point is actually based on Apple's iPod. I must admit, the iPod is not an ugly creation. I'll give Apple credit for that. But as always, they exaggerate the benefits of their product. Apple was far from first with creating a portable mp3-player with a built in harddrive but on the other side they do offer the most expensive solution.
The iPod is about 40-60% more expensive than technologically equal products. Keep in mind also that it offers no recording option and no belt clip. Two very crucial benefits a portable mp3-player should have.
4. The missing link in digital photography
It's amazing! Apple has invented a program called iPhotos that will revolutionize the way we look at digital photos. Hear what they have to say: "Simply drag your mouse, and iPhoto magically grows or shrinks your photo thumbnails. So you can view individual shots in detail or see hundreds of photos on the screen at once...".
Maybe mac users are new to digital photos on the computer but on the pc we have a huge variety of freeware that does the job of iPhoto and more, to choose from. So when Apple says that they are "the missing link in digital photography" maybe what they meant was that iPhoto is the missing link of the Mac.
Windows users reached that stage of evolution ages ago.
5. Your own digital entertainment center
It seems that Apple thinks that they've revolutionized computing by developing mediocre software for viewing digital photos, editing video, burning CDs and DVDs and listening to music. Well they haven't!
6. Goes everywhere you go
You better sit down for this one, hold on to your seat and embrace yourself for some cutting edge news from Apple... they've invented the laptop, eureka! Not only that, they think they've made it superior to other laptops. Let's look at why and also try to answer their questions:
* Can your PC laptop go coast to coast with just one battery?
— Ofcourse. And if it only needs the performance of the Mac it could probably go around the world.
* Can you put the system to sleep just by closing the lid?
— Oh my god, a Mac can do that? Well, so can a PC!
* Does it wake up instantly?
—Duh!
* Can your PC laptop automatically switch between Ethernet,
dial-up and wireless connections on the fly?
—Without a doubt!
* Without a restart?
Is this a joke? This really proves that Apple has no clue on what their competitors are doing. If they never have used a PC running Windows it makes their tests and objective sayings about the Mac really credible. Oh, by the way, I was being sarcastic.
7. It's built for the internet
Apple makes a huge point about the easability of configuring an internet connection on a mac. All new Windows versions come with just as easy to use guides for connecting to the internet with modem, lan or anything else. They also brag about such obvious tools of communication like email, favorites and contacts. Yes Apple, this is really new and hot stuff, you are indeed innovative. Or maybe not.
The worst part might be that they lie about their under average video-plugin Quicktime. This might be one of the worst programs ever to install. Actually if some students at a university needed an example of a really poorly written program, this would be a perfect opportunity for Quicktime to step into the limelight.
8. Office is Office, and then some
Yes, the mac comes with Office and this is why you should make the switch from a pc to a mac:
"The transition to a Mac is easy in part because you’ll continue using the same applications you already know"
Ask yourself this: Why would I switch when It's the exactly same on the mac? -Beats me. Apple does speak of some mysterious features in this sentence:
"And thanks to exclusive features, the Mac versions improve on their Windows counterparts"
As you might expect they mention nothing on what these features are. Well they're probably just wonderfully, perfectly and amazingly non-existent!
9. Works effortlessly with PCs
Apple thought for a long time that they'd be best off constructing their own method for network-communication. Everyone that has struggled with the glorious AppleTalk knows that they didn't do a great job. Now they have realised that it's better to use an already working technology that someone else created instead of poorly reinventing the wheel.

50% of customers to Apple stores are PC users buying new Macs.
If Windows is so great why is Microsoft always copying Apple? Surely it should be the other way around and Vista should have come out at least 3 years ago - before Tiger was released....
