I did a upgrade from MCE to Vista, so i have my Vista upgrade disk, Then hardrive took a crap and was replaced, (old hardrive REALLY is fine), but i have this new HD which needs to be formatted., and all my junk that i need to put onto the new HD from old HD.
How do I do this?
Hope i asked right and you understand, because I can confuse myself at times... its those beer infused hotdogs I think...stay away... trust me, haha!

You have me confused my dear, although some of those beer infused hot-dogs might help me.
As for the other part of your question, see if there is a help tutorial, or some one can come up with a better answer.

there are many ways to do that. but i think the easiest thing to do would be to take it to geek squad or some computer geek and have them do it.
trying to explain it would probably be MORE confusing!... haha
