I have used my pc in many different countries and my ADSL, bill is included with my telephone bill. As my IP is also my telephone provider. All I can tell you is that no websites are shown, an if they were it would be a violation of your privacy rights.
The websites you visted are stored in the servers of your Ip for X amounts of years, depending on the law where you reside. And that data can only be obtained if you were to perform a criminal act and law enforcement went to a judge and requested a warrant to serve on your IP to release your private data.

Your computer bill, if you are still paying your computer, shouldn't have anything to do with your internet service. Your internet service bill still wouldn't show anything of the kind... :)

Most computers save temp. internet files, cookies, passwords on the computer. You can delete them, by clicking "tools" at the top of your computer and there is something in there (varies) about deleting info or clear private data. I hope that helps you.

What bill?
The only thing that will show what websites you've visited is your Internet Browser's History tab..

no. that's personal - other than your history of websites being in your browser [under "history"].
you can change the settings on that, though, so your computer doesn't remember the history.
hope this helped! :]

sometimes it will save the URLS you type under google or any drop down search bar. when you type it again, it may show up and you can scroll down and click on it. i.e. if you type 'you' and you have typed youtube.com before then it will show 'youtube.com' in the drop down list. but nobody can exactly track the sites you go to. if you click on a link to get to a site, they also can not trace that.

i assume you mean your bill for internet access.
if that is what you mean, the answer is no.
however, if you went to any sites that require you to pay, whatever method you paid with would identify the site.

No, look in browser options and internet options. That may show you were you have been.
