I uninstalled it.I would like to get IE6 again please post a link.Also is there any service packs? I know IE7 is lousy. I don't want this.

My PC came with 512 MB of shared memory (128 was shared with the video card). What exactly will happen if I upgrade my PC to the maximum DDR memory it can handle which is 2GB?

I have a friend that pays someone to maintain his website, including the hosting, but my friend has not been able to contact the webmaster for weeks, and the website is hosted with GoDaddy.com, what can my friend do?

Can he transfer the domain name to a new host that he will sign-up for, and start over?

What legal issues would he face with current web designer?

He has been given limited permission to access the web host for updating his address, etc., will this help with getting into GoDaddy to transfer anything?

OK, after booting up my computer about a week ago, the BSoD (Blue Screen Of Death) popped up. The report said this:
"Stop: c0000021a (FatalSystemError)
Status of 0xc0000034 (0x00000000 0x00000000)"
I cant boot up at all. It wont start in safe mode, or last known configuration. It goes past the XP starting screen, then goes to that. Is there any thing i can do without having to reset the HD?

My computer took a dump and apparently (from a computer tech) I have a bad hard-drive. I asked him about recovering ANY info off of the bad drive, but he said it would cost $500 to send it out and have a company pull some info off of it. The info on there isn't thaaaat important, but I do have a lot of work documents as well as my music library and a lot of pics that I've taken over the years. Are there any programs THAT WORK? I can't even load into Windows, even in safe mode. If there arent any programs that actually work for this, what (if any) options do I have in order to recover some of the data? Thanks....

Cd drive help?

cd drive making loud noise well using it wat could this be can it be broke could it still be under warrenty its a lite on 52x32x52x cd-rw & 16x dvd-rom also sometimes wjhen i open the door te cds are still spinning

Hello I am thirteen and I am going into high school this year. I really want an iMac because it looks nice and it performs a lot better than a windows XP. I currently have a windows XP service pack 1 and its a real pain to upgrade a lotta things. Im not sure if i really want to change to an iMac because i want a computer that has everything in it such as word document, slideshow presentator, and entertainment programs. Oh, and also I heard of Peripherals and i heard that you can do windows applications but you cant print anything. Is that true? Or can bootcamp do that?

Well after i'm playing a game for 5 minutes or so my monitor just goes to "sleep" and then a little blue box comes up with "Out of Range" then after that the only way to get back into the game/windows is to force reboot, so, any help is much appreicated, thanks.

I have a old Victorian house (8000 sq. ft.) multiple office conversion that I would like to add video conferencing abilities the conference rooms, there will be 2 conferencing rooms, one on the third floor and one on the first floor. The one room is roughly 20 by 35 and the other is 16 by 25. Is a projector better than a LCD Displays, Is there a system that reasonable priced and offers enough features. Thank you.

I have just invested in a webcam - to try to save a little bit of money on these expensive phonecalls (I am from GB, my wife is from the Philippines, and we live here in Germany. My sister lives in France and I still call some friends in US). That makes for lots of international calls on expensive phones. Now we have a webcam, I thought that life would be easier, but the cam only works on ICQ and MSN Messenger. As soon as I try to invite a friend or relative to 'view the webcam' on Yahoo Messenger, it freezes and I have to reboot the computer to get anything to work. Does anyone have any simple, not too technical advice please. Don't waste my time with answers like 'No, but thanks for the 2 points', coz thats not playing Answers fairly and I will pass on those answers to the guys being paid to monitor. OKAY!
