Some how lots of things got deleted from my computer. things like; character map, paint, a whole bunch of games and some other things like that. They're not in the recycle bin either.How do I get the back?? PLEASE tell me!!!

Every time I put in the correct time, a few hours later, my PC will change the time so it is TWO HOURS BEHIND. This is an incredible inconvience. This is happening to my COMPAQ Windows XP desktop and my FUJITSU Windows XP laptop. Any advice anyone?

i have never done it on a windows xp operating system...i know how but i have something else im wondering about

i want to put it on in the morning and have it running all day...however when i created the boot disks, there were TWO

so will it ask me to switch disks in the middle? because that will suck and it won't be done by the time i come home...

i know it DID ask you to switch disks on windows me...

I have a weird computer problem. i have Command and Conquer Generals and Flight Simulater 2004, and both of them worked fine. and then one day, they just stopped working, i put them in the computer, and it just stayed on my desktop, it wouldnt do anything. i think what the problem might be is Direct X9, but my brothers computer is the exact same as mine, and he has Direct X9. i have no idea what the problem is, and i kinda want to figure it out! lol. i have a Dell Diminsion 3100. and it doesnt have any part upgrades, its just right from the store. please help me!!!

I have a question. Is there any software that will make my computer able to use a Spanish keyboard configuration and an English keyboard configuration somehow. I am tired of presing alt+ some number to get my Spanish characters. Plus, I remember I had an AMerican keyboard with SPanish configuration once.

yesterday sometime...i was on the computer...my lil sister got on and after she got off i noticed the screen was really big....including the letters ...and everything. i got up this morning trying to fix the size back to normal but when i go to control panel and click on display...and i go to change it...the lil arrow will not move ....the only size it has is 680x480 and thats what it is on now....How would / could i do it to make my screen a reg. size ..i really need some info...its driving me really crazy i feel stupid having 1/2 a page show up! I originally had Mac OSX 10.3.9 and it kept freezing completely and not allowing me to do anything so I had to manually restart it. This happened frequently and it seems randomly. It would just suddenly freeze, the number of programs open didn't seem to matter either, it still happened with just one open. In looking at its logs it appears that it wasn't registering the crashes / errors when it did freeze so I thought it might be a problem with the operating system itself.

I have just upgraded with mac OSX Tiger (10.4.8), yet it has still crashed (frozen) a few times since doing this. Any idea what I could do to find the problem or any suggestions?

I have tried to delete some .dll files that I have remaining and I get this message:
Make sure disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use. Well DUHH it is not in use.
