i'm tired of just playing games, checking my e-mail & visiting stupid websites that's it,so today i just thought mybe i could do something diffirent than worsting time & my computer.

You could learn HTML, the language that builds web pages. You can practice building very simple pages on your own computer (they won't be out on the web where other people can see them).

MAC's are best for Publishing - Artwork - Photography or other media related functions. they seem to have better grapic capability then the PC. However give me a PC anytime as there are more flexible and have more Software available

Install Linux (Suse etc) and exploere a new MS-free world.
Or get rid of your computer, thus saving electricity and reducing your carbon footprint.
Try reading a book (gasp).
