when i try to shrink or enlarge a photo i get these weird colored lines that resemble bar codes and they wont go away. does anyone know why and how to solve this?

with the graphics card....how do i do that? because i recently have been having a problem with my computer and people think its my graphics card....

Hi there. Odd question. There are two things you should think about...

Try doing a shrink or enlargement of the photo, save it as a different name, and reopen it, do you still see photo with weird lines? If so, there's probably something wrong with your Photoshop installment, try reinstalling it.

If you see no weird lines, then there's an issue with your graphics card displaying refresh images from within your photoshop. Try updating your video card drivers.

It won't generally happen - there is some software problem - try with another copy of photoshop
