Well after i'm playing a game for 5 minutes or so my monitor just goes to "sleep" and then a little blue box comes up with "Out of Range" then after that the only way to get back into the game/windows is to force reboot, so, any help is much appreicated, thanks.

ok, my resoloution is 1024 x 768 frequency is 70hz i'm on a desktop, and no, no abnormal settings i havent overclocked or anything like that..is that enough?

Often, this error indicates that the monitor is receiving either very high or very low signals from the video card of the computer, also known as DDC string.
To prevent this in the future, make sure not to exceed the maximum resolution and refresh rate of the monitor. Refer to the monitor's user guide for maximum rates allowed.
Alternately, the monitor could be set out of the video range for the unit to which the monitor it attached (for example, computer or KVM switch). In this instance, adjust the monitor to a setting within the video range of the target (computer or KVM switch).

Are you on a desktop or a lap top?
Do you have any odd settings enabled?
