It depends on what browser you are using as they all set up different.
Go to: www.yahoo.com and in the upper left corner it says"Make Yahoo Your Home Page". clk on that and Yahoo will be your home page until you change it.
Repost the question and state what browser you are using to get an answer.

open up your internet explorer (ex: yahoo) and in small print there will be an option to make this my home page , click on it and then it will pop up a window asking if that is the only one you want to use for further search inq.

Go to TOOLS and then click OPTIONS. Under the MAIN tab, there will be a place that says HOMEPAGE and you can type in what you want your homepage to be.
