OK, after booting up my computer about a week ago, the BSoD (Blue Screen Of Death) popped up. The report said this:
"Stop: c0000021a (FatalSystemError)
Status of 0xc0000034 (0x00000000 0x00000000)"
I cant boot up at all. It wont start in safe mode, or last known configuration. It goes past the XP starting screen, then goes to that. Is there any thing i can do without having to reset the HD?

You may be able to Repair the installation by booting from the windows CD. Run the Repair option. Done this on W2k many times.
Warning repair will probably get windows back up, but your results may vary when you start checking for what works like it should. My wife's machine just crashed and was resurrected using this technique, but her windows and applications will all have to be reloaded from scratch to get every thing back to normal.

Good Luck

If you are overclocking the cpu or video card go to the bios and set em back to orig. specs. You may be able to reinstall your XP operating system and correct it. If these don't work then do some research before you reformat the drive, cause that wipes out everything ya know.

If you have more than one RAM stick, remove one of them and try to boot the system. If that doesn't work, put that one back and remove another one, continue this process until all RAM has been checked (process of elimination).

If you only have one RAM stick, not much you can do, unfortunately unless you can find (or afford) one that is compatible to test. The error is usually attributed to faulty RAM.
