my msn messenger wont sign me in it starts the process but will sit there on the sign in screen for like 4 hours without signing in.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and have also tried repaire with no sucuss can any one help me out?

Acer is the name of the computer but what is scr and why does it need to close and what kind of problems can it be having?

It just did that again and I'm still typing and I haven't noticed any difference. So what closed? And should I be concerned and should I do something?

This iMac G3 400MhZ with Mac OS 9 just isn't cutting it. I can't find any of the programs I need for basic things like Email. I'm at my wits end trying to make this thing work. Its so old the CD ROM won't even eject manually, I have to use the old paperclip method and hit the emergency eject button every time. Mac doesn't even support this OS anymore.

I've only been with this company for a week. How can I tell my boss that there is no way this computer will cut it for the work that I'm supposed to be doing?

The total space I have is 200GB, with 13.9GB for C:\, and 166 allocated for D:\. C:\Documents and Settings is showing as 1.54GB, C:\Program Files 2.29GB, and C:\WINDOWS 790MB. Where is the missing 10GB going? I've run out of ideas and am completely stumped. Any help is much appreciated.

I asked for help on defraging my computer. I tried the two suggested methods and neither worked. My computer is about 6 yrs. old. When I click on properties, under Tools, it has Error checking status, Backup Status, and Defrag which states my last defrag was 15 days ago. I tried the error and restarted and defrag and after an hour, it only defraged 4 % and just keeps starting over.

Some of the keys on the left side of my keyboard have taken a habit of sticking thanks to a few spills. Any suiggestions? i've already tried saline solution and water + q-tip. I'd prefer not to have to buy another keyboard as this one is wireless and those aren't all that cheap.

I have been using nero, i was able to get it to a file (around the copy right) but the file is too big to burn. is there anyway to shrink it down, or to isolate the movies from the special features so it will fit.
