I'm graduating high school this year, my first open option is to get my bachelors in visual arts to become a graphic designer. Is this a good career?..what companys will hire for this and does it pay good?...any advice would be helpful.

Do you like graphic designing? I am pretty good at it, if you enjoy it go ahead.

I dont think graphics design pays alot. You should try game programming, plain old programming, or web page desing (you can build you clients graphis for the web pages and well as the page)

It's a great career if you like to concern yourself with your clients' arbitrary whims. Usually clients have a vision of what they want you to do and regardless of how great your design is, they will most likely reject it. The career pays off when you get a client who trusts your talents, but that is very rare.

howdy so i comprehend somebody who went to college for image designing and he or she enjoyed it however the element is i'm undecided there are a number of roles obtainable for it. yet on the different hand medical imaging would not sound like lots relaxing to me. yet returned why basically 2 years? do no longer settle for some thing much less in simple terms given which you basically want to do 2 years of school. Dream large! desire it helps!
