how do i remove some of the folders , that are not needed?? Or unwanted ??unwantd?

Run a utility called "Disc Cleanup"! It will identify files that can be safely removed and allows you to choose what to delete.
To use it : click, start > all programs > accessories > system tools, and then click "Disc Cleanup". Disc Cleanup will scan and tell you how much space you can free up. In the following dialog box, check the files you want to delete, clear boxes you don't want to delete, and then click "OK", and "Yes".
When the process completes the dialog box closes and your computer will be cleaner and perform better!

Move them to Recycle Bin and choose Empty Recycle Bin when you right click on it.
