can i actually add an already develop picuture to my file?......... if yes plz tell me how!!!!!!!!!!!!!help?

I am going to assume you mean a photographic print. Yes, you would need to scan the picture using a scanner. It will produce a digital image you can save on your computer.

Yes with a scanner you can scan stuff and it opens up on your computer screen as a picture. Hope It helps.

I don't know what you mean by "your file" ?
To add a pic to your computer, scan it like the other answers say.
