Please do check the following:
First, do you have a MSN account?
If no, you have to get one before you can sign in, that is you have to sign up for a MSN account.

Secondly, check your connection, if its fast enough and in order and check if your firewall isnt blocking it from accessing the internet.

Thirdly, if you are using proxies, check if the proxy settings are correct.

That's what I have in stock for now.

i just had that problem am wireless the router wires the three that plug in to it I pull them out put them back in comp. works fine have to do this every two three weeks.
