in all programmes, accessories, entertainment, there was a program called sound recorder. it used to be on the desktop as well. since i didn't use it anymore, i deleted the shortcut, and now i don't find it in the programmes. i usually find it there even it's not on desktop. i swear i didn't delete it permanently. how can i get it back. the same happened with microsoft excel, i didn't find it in microsoft office, but somewhere else. in the same way, where can i find sound recorder?

I have audio/music on my pc as WMA files. I burned them onto a CD, but it won't play in my car or other CD players. I used Windows Media Player to do this. Do I need special software or is it just a file conversion issue???? Please help.

I tried copying and pasting the current Object Area, but it just creates a text box. The end result I'm looking for is for an editable text box to be on each slide, just like the Object Area.

I found a picture online on Google Images, so I grabbed it and put it into my screensaver folder. The problem was that once it got to my screen, it was all blurry, as if the pixel resolution was not fine enough. What happened? Is there a way to turn a thumbnail into wallpaper or a screensaver so that the picture looks normal, in focus?

I've taken thumbnails from a CD-ROM (that was specifically made for pictures I took and had developed at a photo store) and put them into my screensaver folder, and they turned out fine as wallpaper. Did I miss a step somewhere? If you need more information, please email me at pusskat1@yahoo.com. Thanks for your help.

The pictures, by the way, are of my family, so it would mean a lot to me if I could make the focus and resolution come out right.

I'm going on maternity leave soon, and would like to have an index/file listing of sorts that list all the folders, sub-folders and files that are in the My Documents folder with out looking up every file/folder and typing it myself; kind of like the documenter feature in Access.
