Hello Pauline M,

Perhaps there's some place where you can buy used software. There are computer users groups around and will occasionally have swap meets. Usually you can attend a meeting and just ask if anyone has this type of program available for you to buy at a cheap price.

Best of luck to you.

Here are my favorite FREE touch-typing programs:

Stamina Typing Tutor

10 Finger BreakOut

Tux Typing 2
(disregard the part that says it's for kids---it's hilarious!)

As with many things, the more fun you have, the quicker you'll learn! Hope this helps.

Cheers, Ander

It is easier to learn if you do a course. Can you go to college and get it free if you are able to? May be worth enquiring.
