DELL ALL IN ONE 924 PRINTER ,,it show A MESSAGE in screen PAPER JAM PRESS GREEN when i press green nothing happens i done all what they say on thier website before i call them see if you people can help thnx

Try purging any left over jobs from the computer it may have left on there. Or you could try unplugging the thing to see if it resets. Also check if there really might be something in between the rollers or stuck inside where the paper goes, you never know.

It might only "think" it has a paper jam. Could be something is stuck in the printer, say a tiny piece of paper from the last paper jam, and it needs a cleaning.

Delete any print jobs you have then look to see if the smallest bit of paper has got stuck, trust me a miniscule piece of paper can cause this. Failing that ?????????

turn the printer off for five minutes, check the paper and turn it back on, that should sort it
