I am using a custom form that I put together myself in MS Excel. I just click on certain options and the spreadsheet will calculate the totals. It will also kick out an error if there are option not compatible with each other. The data for the quotes come from tables set up in an Access database.

Why don't you go to dell.com and build yourself a computer. There's a print option there. At least it's a guide for you and they're prices are very good and will be a ballpark for you.
