my start burton and the tool bar used to be at the botom of my window monitor. how can i change it from top down to the original place.

Click on it and drag & drop it where you want it.

Hi there.
Its real simple.. All you have to do is this..
a) Click & hold your mouse pointer on your toolbar (which is at the top now)
b) Now, without releasing the mouse button, slowly move the mouse pointer downwards
c) You will see the toolbar move suddenly from the top to the right/left of the screen, and eventually to the bottom of the monitor.

left click the toolbar hold it down the left click and drag the toolbar back down
you can do this to move it where ever you want to the left or right top or bottom
