my computer is compaq 7550 I bought my speakers at walmart. it was recently reset must i download something please help

if ur using windows try going to :
START > Programs > accesories > entertainment > volume control
then adjust accordingly to ur preference

If your OS is Windows try these: Go to the settings, control panel, and select "sounds and audio devices" select the tab Hardware, check if your speaker's brand name is included, if it's there, then select troubleshoot. Try to answer and follow the instructions that will appear afterwards. Goodluck.

What operating system are you using(xp-me-98)? What sound card do you have,or is it onboard sound? You need to provide more info dear girl.
