How do I un spam my friend from my email?

I am really good about "spamming" emails that look like garbage. The problem is I accidently spammed my friends email and don't know if she knows that I am not receiving her messages. Please help!!!

Just open your spam folder, open the message and look for any options to say that the email is safe.

or just move it into your inbox.

Have them send you an email
Go into your bulk folder and open the email
Click on the button that says "This is not Spam"
