Probably go buy another one or pay a professional to fix the one you have. In general, it is only slightly less expensive to replace a motherboard and I have no idea what else you fried. So new is usually a better deal since you get all new parts. You can probably still use your current monitor.
You could try to replace the motherboard, or whatever part is broken. I imagnine that the motherboard was already broken, so I guess that you didn't really hurt anything there, but you could have (probably did) damaged other components. If you used a coat hanger to start with, I doubt that you will be able to fix it yourself.

Come on, everyone knows that using a coat hanger to fix a motherboard doesn't work, you have to use 30 or more paperclips twisted together.

Throw away all your metal coat hangers and get all plastic hangers.
Then throw away your computer and by a hand-held calculator.
(My answer is in jest, hoping that the question is in jest - tongue-in-cheek).

Due to your primitive techniques, I suggest taking the computer to a professional for repairs.
