Just upload it from Word or something. If you cut and paste it, it looks wack.

Dont cut and paste, use copy and paste by clicking the edit button and select all. Click the edit button again and copy. Open the page and do the opposite! Done deal!

Highlight the parts you want to copy. Right click on the highlighted part and select copy. Then go to the site where you want to put the info. Left click where you want the info placed. Then right click and select paste. Hopefully that worked- it does for me.

Left click your mouse and highlight the text of your resume. Then right click and hit "copy." The go to Hotjobs and right click and hit "paste."
