my laptop seems to always shut down by itself. when im on the internet, and usually on msn messanger, a window that says ' the system has recovered from an error' will come on. and after awhile, a blue screen will flash for 2secs and it will shut down. it started 2 days ago when i accidently clicked onto an advertisement on the side of msn messanger. please tell me what i can do to repair this problem! thank you.

I would like to hide my extended network banner, and I'm having trouble finding a code that'll actually work. I want to hide it completely, not just the text; in other words, I'm not looking to put a picture over top of the banner (I already know how to do that). Some of the codes I've found only hide the text and leave the box, or they hide the network banner but also hide my blog posts, which I don't want to hide.

I'd also like to find a code that actually works to cover up my URL banner and the bottom navigation links.

If you can help with any of the three, it would be greatly appreciated.

I've had Icq for a long time, and I've found that hardly anyone uses it anymore.. I wonder why?
Have you had it, and stopped using it for some reason?
Or Maybe becuase it was never as big as yahoo, or msn, people just forgot about it.
Right now it's a waste of space on my trillian.. What are your thoughts?

I am trying to save a few dvd's onto my pc, but cannot for the life of me remember/figure out how to do this. Was trying to use Window's Media Center but it will only allow me to RIP cd's - not dvd's.

What am I missing here?

Ten points plus a cookie if anyone can tell me a method that will let me save my dvd's onto my pc!

he tried to sign in with his screenname and id but it keeps coming up with the box saying its a invalid password and id he has used it for the past 4 years and have not had a problem before using it. he signed in to his yahoo messenger and mail just before he was booted out and since then can not get signed back in again.

i have a computer i built a long time ago in 2005 and i overclocked recently from 2.8 to 3.02 and it worked perfect but then the next day when i woke woke up when i tried to use it the computer was frozen so i had to turn it off by holding the power off button but after that when i tried to turn it back on it turned on but the screen did not do anything so i dont know if its because i overclocked my cpu or what i even reset the cmos several times, is my cpu burnt!! or is it my motherboard please help!!!!!!

Do you think he would notice if I deleted some of it... I mean it takes at least 4 minutes for a new page to load and you can't even have 2 programs running at the same time. Its annoying, and the fact that its something as retarded as porn that messes it up really gets on my nerves
