Our 11 year old daughter went on the laptop and got on the internet. We don't really know what happened after that. Now, everytime you turn it on, and log in, it will bring up the desktop and then you get the error message that ISAS.EXE must close, send error report or not? Then, the blue screen of death. When the blue screen of death comes up, the only thing I can read before it shuts down is "beginning memory dump". Can anyone tell me what to do and how to do it? I have tried ESC at the beginning of the load up and also ctrl-alt-del to get into the directory to view it, but, the computer always boots right on up to the log in screen. Any help would be appreciated.
