And all that for free.
play around with the open source files and read the tutorials this is how i learnt flash and now i am a full time professional flash website designer.

If u have Flash 5 in ur sys....its there itself a very good tutorial....try it out

i dont think so coz its has a good scope of job.....so ther may not be a websit e who can teach you.. a good payed job so there are good institution to study that....like image .arena etc........
