Most Internet browsers IE, Firefox has flash player plugin. Try using your browser e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox to play .swf.

Double click it. If it doesn't play and you get the Windows popup telling you to pick an application to play it, close the popup, go to the Adobe website, and download the free Flash Player. Then you should be able to double click the file and have it play.

this is a pretty good software and size is pretty small , only 607 Kb and its a SHAREWARE .. so no question of license
