On blue screen what does it say, means error code or anything detail?
blue screen might be system error or hardware error.
depend on error code.
please send me error code, and I can guess what you should do.
Shut down(holding down your power switch) your laptop, relax a few minutes, and restart it again. Sometimes it will dispear itself.
But not all are clear themselves, you should repair till well.

Do you have a box popping out that you have an option to restart the computer? just push the restart button. If there aren't any cold boot the computer or simply push the power button of the laptop for 5 seconds and count for 20 seconds before turning it back on. Usually this would get rid of the problem but if it will not, it could be a software or hardware or operating system issue.

There's a little restart button on the back of most laptops. It's a little hard to find. It's in a tiny hole like the screws but smaller. It usually has an arrow or something barely visible marking it. Take a tooth pick and push it this should restart the computer. If there's still an error screen then there's something wrong with the ram or hard drive and it wasn't your fault. The computer will need to be taken in for repairs unless you or your boyfriend understand CMOS or C+ programming. P.S. Congratulations : )

Just turn on the computer. If it is still turned on press the on button and leave it pressed down until the laptop turns off. Turn it back on and that will restart it. If it shut itself down already just turn it back on.

This problem usually happens in the RAM.. so the easiest solution is to check what was the last software which has been installed and remove it.
