Our 11 year old daughter went on the laptop and got on the internet. We don't really know what happened after that. Now, everytime you turn it on, and log in, it will bring up the desktop and then you get the error message that ISAS.EXE must close, send error report or not? Then, the blue screen of death. When the blue screen of death comes up, the only thing I can read before it shuts down is "beginning memory dump". Can anyone tell me what to do and how to do it? I have tried ESC at the beginning of the load up and also ctrl-alt-del to get into the directory to view it, but, the computer always boots right on up to the log in screen. Any help would be appreciated.

Forgot to put this. We are not able to send the error report, due to the speed of which the blue screen of death takes over the laptop.

You nonestly do no longer favor the specialist version in case you're not likely to create networking round the residing house and take care of it from an IT stand ingredient. surfing the internet, watching some video or dealing along with your pictures on there or performing some paintings at residing house does no longer call in for an more advantageous intense priced OS. keep the money to get an outstanding prompt keyboard and mouse or a webcam in case you pick.

Yes, send an error report. It is the only way to have Windows XP Professional running smoothly on your laptop.

when your computer boots up hit F8 and then on the menu try the safe mode option
you might be able to go to the previous state of the computer using the system restore
run that by going to your Start->accessories->system tools->system restore and restore it to a previous state
hope this helps

You have not been keeping your Windows up to date. Your hard drive needs to be pulled and cleaned. Time for a computer shop.
